I am committed to providing you with counselling/psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, allowing you to discover the changes you feel would be useful.
I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I am fully insured and am a registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, UKATA (UK Association for Transactional Analysis), European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA) and International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA). I work in accordance with the Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice of these professional bodies and this includes having regular supervision with other experienced professional UKCP psychotherapists, and engaging in regular continued professional development training.
I offer short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for younger children, teenagers, individuals and couples.
I am located in Colemans Hatch. My therapy room is in a tranquil, garden setting offering a safe, confidential environment.
